Document Description
A Conditional Use Permit and Special Permit for a bed, breakfast establishment, and a winery. The proposed bed and breakfast establishment will be operated year round in the existing main residence, a single family home. The maximum number of guests will be 8. The applicants are also proposing a boutique winery, producing between 300-500 gallons of wine each year. A Special Permit is proposed to allow the use to be conducted in the garage attached to the main residence, which is 1,200 square feet in size, to allow up to (6) part time employees, to allow the sale of wine from site, and to allow the use occur on weekends in addition to the week days. No parking for either use will be allowed on Patterson Road, all parking will be provided on-site. The parcel has a secondary residence. It is served on-site septic, and water from Willow Creek Community Services District. All parking will be accommodated on site. Clean up including garbage and recycling will be handled by the property owners. No trees are proposed to be removed and no grading is required for the proposal.
