Authorization of the specific commitment and dedication of Conservancy property and resources related to the project, including:
a. Modification to existing easements affecting or benefiting Conservancy land to allow for construction of the park access drive and related improvements. These easements are:
- Nevada's existing 50-foot access easement;
- Heavenly Mountain Resort's existing 20' access easement; and
- The Conservancy's existing ingress/egress easement over the adjoining property, El Dorado County APN 29-441-03.
b. Allocate and assign up to 18,890 sf of restoration credits to the project; and
c. Authorize appropriate Conservancy site management obligations.
