Document Description
The project would demolish the two garages and construct a four-story, 40-foot-tall, approximately 62,030-sf residential building with 47 residential units and a basement garage with 40 parking spaces. The proposed project would require Conditional Use Authorization from the SF Planning Commission for residential density, parking, and for development on a lot greater than 10,000sf in size. The proposed project would require a Variance from the SF Zoning Administrator for providing a yard less than 35 percent of lot depth (the project sponsor proposes a 25-percent rear yard); it would also require demolition and site permits from the SF DBI, and permits from the SF DPW.
