The proposed project is the adoption by Marina City Council, and certification by the State Department of housing and Community Development, of the City of Marina Housing Element 2008-2014. The update process evaluated the 2000-2007 Housing Element and analyzed effectiveness of its goals, policies, and programs. Proposed policies and programs have been updated and modified to reflect current needs.
