NOTE: Review Per Lead
Kern County has prepared a Draft EIR for a Precise Development Plan that upon implementation would result in the construction of a shopping center that entails the development of up to 11 commercial buildings pads, including a Target with an outdoor garden center in a 145,436 sf building. At this time, other known tenants include a 14,820 sf Walgreens and a 2,194 sf Jack in the Box. The remaining 8 pad spaces totaling 66,516 sf would consist of other retail and restaurant uses. No leases have been signed for these remaining spaces, and future tenants are unknown at this time. The project consists of two parcels totaling ~27 acres located on the northeast corner of Rosedale Hwy (SR 58) and Renfro Road, west of Bakersfield.
