The project is for a Coastal Development Permit CDP04-11; Conditional Use Permit CUP04-21 and Site Development Permit SDP04-31 and includes the demolition of 23,467 sf of building space, including the existing Chapel, Administration and Fellowship Hall, and Preschool, and construction of 52,651 sf of building space, including a new Preschool and Administration Building, two Christian Education Buildings, and a Community Life Center. The project also includes construction of a two-level partially subterranean parking structure. The project is proposed in five phases over a 10-year period; however, construction activities would not occur continuously over the 10-year period.
