Document Description
Major Grading Permit to allow grading to widen an existing agricultural road (variable width of 10 to 12 feet) and bring it into compliance with residential driveway standards. The driveway will be used to provide alternative access to a single-family residence which is presently under construction (previously authorized under permits PMT2007-00135 and PMT2007-00136). Grading is proposed to involve approximately 1,500 cubic yards of cut, 1,500 cubic yards of fill, and cover an area of approximately 0.77 acres. Upon completion of widening the existing driveway, it will have a traveled width of 16 feet. The driveway's existing length of approximately 6,750 feet (1.3 miles) will remain unchanged. The project site is a 144 acre parcel in the Agriculture land use category.
