NOTE: Review Per Lead The Ritz-Carlton Hotel proposes additions and upgrades including the creation of 27 new guest rooms through the conversion of existing meeting space, infill additions between wings of hotel, and new detached casitas, a new meeting space addition, meeting room alterations, and enhancements to the hotel's exterior hardscaped, landscape, pool, and guestroom patio areas. The proposal includes a request for a height variance due to current structure's nonconforming overall building height and the request to make additions equaling the existing structure height, and an amendment to the shared parking program based on the reapportionment and addition of the different uses associated with the hotel operation.
