Document Description
The project is minor subdivision of 36.27 net acres into two parcels, Parcel 1 being 19.10 net acres, and Parcel 2 being 18.84 net acres, with an 8.0 acre minimum lot size for 2 residential building sites. Parcel 1 currenlty contains an existing mobile home, which will be removed if a septic permit is not obtained prior to map recordation. Parcel 2 is currently vacant, other than an existing shed that is scheduled to be removed. Both lots will be on septic and water will be served by wells. Grading proposed for project implementation will involve approximately 25,200 cubic yards of cut, 15,700 yards of fill, and 9,500 cubic yards to be exported. Access to the project site is from Skyline Truck Trail.
