The subject project site is located at 16887 Skyline Truck Trail in the Jamul-Dulzura Community Planning area, within unincorporated San Diego County. The site is subject to the Rural Development Area Regional Category, with a General Plan (18) Multiple Rural Use Designation (4, 8, or 20 acre minimum lot size). Zoning for the site is A72 General Agriculture, allowing 0.125 dwelling units per acre, (8 net acres minimum lot size). The site contains an existing mobile home that is to either be moved or obtain a septic permit prior to recordination. Access will be provided by a driveway connecting to Skyline Truck Trail. The project will be served by an on-site septic system and private wells.
