Newport Pacific, Inc. proposes to grade and develop a mixed-use project on an ~4.31 acre parcel in the San Dieguito Community at the intersection of Via de la Valle and Cancha de Golf in the unincorporated community of Rancho Santa Fe in San Diego County. Development proposed for the project site will include a retail/office center with secondary residential uses. The proposed development will consist of the following: 9,559 sf of retail space with a maximum of 14 single-story retail stores; 19,500 sf of two story office space with a maximum of 22 offices; and 54 apartments units (53,496 sf of residential) in 9 two-story buildings.
