Document Description
The Applicant is proposing to construct a new interchange and associated roadway enhancements on I-15 between the existing Winchester Road/Interstate 15 Interchange and the I-15/I-215 Interchange in the Cities of Murrieta and Temecula. French Valley Parkway would be construct as a 6 lane arterial highway from Jefferson Avenue to Ynez Rd. Auxiliary lanes would be provided in both the northbound and southbound directions. Modifications to existing drainage facilities and construction of water treatment Best Management Practices (BMPs) would be necessary to complete the project.
