As proposed, Conditional Uses are requested to permit the sale & dispensing of a full line of alcoholic beverages for on-site consumption and public dancing, & Zoning Variances are requested to permit the proposed uses, sale of alcoholic beverages, public dancing, & live entertainment within the R4-2D Zone.
