Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), as the Responsible Agency, will be issuing a water supply permit to CalFire. The proposed project includes capping and decommissioning Well #2 and drilling a new well, Well #4; install a permanent power supply to an existing well and the proposed well; construct a 50,000 gallon potable water tank; remove an existing non-potable water tank and replace in and connect a Pilot Rock Conservation Camp sewer line to a Crestline Sanitation District main line. The project was adopted and approved by CalFire on June 2, 2009. The CalFire filed a Notice of Determination through the State Clearinghouse on June 5, 2009.
