The proposed project consists of the construction of 2 groundwater wells, ancillary equipment, up to 13,400 linear ft of water conveyance pipelines, and about 200 linear ft of a discharge pipeline. These facilities proposed for construction are facilities identified in JCSD's "Summary Master Water Plan", October 2005 and will provide the District with additional groundwater supply.
