The Project is a Redevelopment Plan amendment to add five component areas to the existing I-215 Corridor Project Area, located in the western region of Riverside County, along Highway 74 between Interstate 215 and Interstate 15. The Amendment Area includes approximately 5,865 acres in the areas of South Mead Valley, Wagon Wheel, Good Hope, Meadowbrook, and Warm Springs.
