Document Description
The project consists of the revision and consolidation of two existing and previously adopted Master Drainage Plans located in portions of the cities of San Jacinto and Hemet and uninvorporated Riverside County, California. One Master Drainage Plan covers the San Jacinto area and the other Master Drainage Plan covers the northwest Hemet area. These two Master Drainage Plans will be consolidated into a single San Jacinto Valley Master Drainage Plan. This single Master Drainage Plan will supersede the previous two. The project also includes amending the existing San Jacinto Regional Area Drainage Plan. The updated Area Drainage Plan will provide an updated financing mechanism used to offset taxpayers costs for proposed drainage facilities through the imposition of fees on new development within the plan area.
