Document Description
The project would include a General Plan amendment and rezone, a map amendment to the City of Beverly Hills Streets and Highway Master Plan, the creation of an overlay zone, a request to vacate the alley and an encroachment permit for construction work in the public right-of-way. The project includes commercial development of all three parcels (9242 and 9230 Wilshire Boulevard and the South Maple Drive parcel) and acquisition of the alley to redevelop the site to contain a larger building to house the existing facility plus condense some off-site operations. The project includes 169,812sf of dealership and service in one subterranean level, plus four above ground levels, plus rooftop parking.
