- Document Description
- The Project includes activities related to the construction of a Class I Bicycle Path, retaining wall, and associated structures adjacent to the northern bank of the Fresno River. The newly constructed bike path will connect to an existing Class I Bicycle Path east of North Gateway Drive and to an existing city sidewalk west of the Project site and south of Riverside Drive. The extension extends the Agreement term to an expiration date of September 10, 2021. The extension also includes modifications to the Agreement to clarify potential impacts to vegetation.
