The proposed project is a request to construct a 9,900 sf church, 7,680 sf of associated portable classrooms, restrooms, offices, parking lot area, playground and detention basin on the project site. Vehicular access to the site would be from Lindsey Court. The applicant estimates at its peak use ~250 people will be attending the church facility. The proposed operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, this is primarily for the pastor and office hours. The peak period of use is anticipated to be from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Sundays. Additonal operating hours are proposed to be Wednesdays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm for midweek prayer service and other ministries with ~20-50 people attending.
