Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0134-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Rancho Paseo de Valencia. The project is limited to the development of 65.4 acres for the construction of up to 34 single-family homes, landscaping, infrastructure, on-site roadways, residential streetlighting, two (2) water quality basins, six open space areas, and recreational areas. The Project includes filling the entirety of Drainages A, B, D, E, and F, and constructing storm drains and energy dissipation structures. Interceptor drains, down drains, and storm drains will be constructed to capture and deliver runoff to a water quality detention basin. Rip-rap and/or energy dissipaters will be constructed at the storm drain outlet to reduce the flow velocities to non-erosive levels.
