- Issue a subterranean Easement ot the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for placement of horizontal drains within portions of Andrew Molera and Pfeiffer Big Sur State Parks to prevent horizontal drains within portions of Andrew Molera and Pfeiffer Big Sur State Parks to prevent landslides. The Easement will be approximately 0.17 acres at Pfeiffer Big Sur and 0.1 acres at Andrew Molera. Both locations are along HIghway 1 at post miles 46.9 and 50.0. All work conducted on State Park property in association with the easement will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act
