1) Solids Handling Improvements, DP 7260 - design and construct improvements to the existing Solids Handling Facilities for emergency and non-routine handling of biosolids; 2) Primary Structure Demolition, DP 7255 - demolish the abandoned primary sedimentation tanks and backfill the area; demolish the lime storage silos, building, and associated piping systems, as well as additional obsolete facilities as warranted; 3) Diablo Renovations, Phase 1, DP 5953 - replace approximately 11,740 feet of existing 6 and 8-inch sewer pipe.
