Document Description
The project will consist of 6 phases. Phase 1) Replace redwood tank with a new steel storage tank and piping configuration, Phase 2) the construction of 705 feet of an 8 inch water main within Christy Lane (south) another 755 feet of 8 inch water main within Christy Lane (south), service connections and a new fire hydrant assembly, Phase 3) 2 new pressure reducing valves, a 690 foot 8 inch water main extension, an 8" water line replacement between Washoe Dr. and Apache Way, an 8 inch water line replacement between Sandy Way and the end of Navajo Ct., Phase 4) an 8 inch water main replacement of 1,605 feet on Sand Way (north), service connections, and new fire hydrant assembly, Phase 5) an 8" water main replacement of 2,750 ft. within Lanny Lane, service connections, and new fire hydrant assembly, Phase 6) the rehabilitation of wells No. 1 and No. 2, replacement of equipment and standby power in the well buildings.
