Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) permit to AT&T to replace fiber optic equipment in existing conduits along an existing AT&T easement and establish a temporary vehicle/materials staging area adjacent to the easement within Montana de Oro State Park. Work will consist of pulling fiber optic and associated electrical cable through the existing conduit and manhole system and repairing the baffle box erosion control system alont the Rim Trail project access route. AT&T and its contractors will notify DPR 48 hours prior to performing any work within the easement boundaries.
