This project is a feasibility study, including pilot hole test wells, to investigate development of new wells to serve the Tranquility Irrigation District. The District has wells that have arsenic levels near or exceeding the current levels required by the State, and the study is being conducted to consider possible alternatives to solve the arsenic problem. The study will focus on consideration of wells located south and east of the community.
