Document Description
Approval of a Removal Action Workplan (RAW), by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) pursuant to Health & Safety Code, chapter 6.8 as submitted on 9/24/2008 by Baseline Environmental Consulting. The site which is 60-feet in width and 3,900-feet length and totals 5.6 acres in size, extends from a point located 500-feet north of Paseo Padre Parkway to a point 100-feet south of Washington Bouldvard and includes soil reuse areas at Driscoll Road and Osgood Road. Transfer of ownership of the former railroad corridor from UPRR to the City of Fremont is pending.
