The proposed project would involve the modernization of 7,233 square feet of existing facilities. The Modernization efforts planned for the Washington East/West Child Development Center during the Measure BB program are both external and internal. The proposed Project would involve the modernization of 7,233 square feet of existing facilities. Upgrades to the fire and life safety systems and the phone systems to connect the east and west campus would occur on both sides.
