Seismic refraction survey is proposed for the replacement of the Dr. Fine Bridge over the Smith River along Route 101 in Del Norte County. This surface will help to delineate the subsurface bedrock surface elevation(s) parallel to the Smith River. The intent of the survey is to facilitate decisions germane to placement of the replacement bridge.
