Document Description
UC Davis will replace 300 feet of an existing 12-foot wide gravel road with consolidated road base and asphalt paving. At the same location, the project includes replacement of an existing shallow runoff ditch with a new ditch lined with 5 inch by 9 inch stabilizing rocks. This project will improve the road surface to allow passenger vehicles to access the University field station and will provide improved soil stability in the ditch. The project will improve an existing road that is subject to gravel loss and soil erosion.
