Document Description
The project consists of an overlay of Lake Earl Drive from Buzzini Road to Elk Valley Cross Road. The section of road was not included in the rehabilitation of Lake Earl Drive several years ago and is deteriorating rapidly. This roadway benefits the many employees of Pelican Bay State Prison who commute to work using this route, as well as the residence of Fort Dick.
