The San Joaquin Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan Update (ALUCP) provides policies for use by the San Joaquin County Airport Land Use Commission when evaluating the compatibility between proposals for land use development in the vicinity of all public use airports in or adjacent to San Joaquin County and the operations of these airports. The local agencies that have jurisdiction over land uses within the areas covered by this plan include San Joaquin County, Cities of Lodi, Stockton, and Tracy.
