Document Description
The overall purpose of the Natomas Levee Improvement Program (NLIP) is to bring the entire 42-mile Natomas Basin perimeter levee system into compliance with applicable Federal and state standards for levees protecting urban areas. The Phase 4a Project - a component of the NLIP - consists of improvements to a portion of the Natomas Basin's perimeter levee system and associated landscape and irrigation/drainage infrastruc-ture modifications. The Central Valley Water Quality Control Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the project.
