Document Description
Peter Pan Motors, Inc. (Applicant) is proposing to convert a DHL shipping distribution center to a BMW car service center on 1625-1633 Adrian Road in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The existing front building would be converted to a customer service center and offices and the rear building would be converted to service bays, warehouse, offices and a lunch room.
