A creek extends along the western project boundary, so the project's driveway access would be from the east of Alpine Avenue. The site's average slope is 37 percent. The proposed residence would be two stories with a total of 3,632 s.f. (gross) of living area, 250 s.f. of storage area, 740 s.f. of garage area, 1,510 s.f. of driveway area, and 780 s.f. of walkway/deck area.
