Authorize amendment to Lease and enter into a Lease Termination agreement for decommissioning and abandonment of Lease No. PRC 3414.1 General Lease - Industrial Use, effective June 1, 2009, to provide for the decommissioning and partial abandonment of the existing marine terminal facilities to the satisfaction of the Commission staff; submittal of pipeline survey every two years, beginning January 1, 2012, to confirm the abandoned pipelines remain buried; and responsibility in perpetuity for abandoned marine terminal facilities.
