Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0031-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Tres Vaqueros Wind Farms, LLC for 1) optic cable, and 2) replacement and/or reconfiguration of road crossing culverts due to either structural deficiencies or realignment of the road network. After installation of utility lines, trenches will be backfilled with 80% compacted native material covered by a 16" layer of topsoil. The culvert replacement will consist of in-kind replacement, although some culverts may be moved to accommodate realignment of the roadway. In locations where an existing culvert will be removed and not replaced in the same locations, the channel contour will be restored and the banks revegated.
