1. Ordinance for Zone Change 04RZ-106 to rezone 29+/- acres of a 40+/- acre site from A-10 (General Agricultural, ten acre minimum) to RE-5 (Residential Estate, five acre minimum) and 3.0+/- acres if O (Open Space) zoning existing on the 40+/- acre site will remain unchanged. 2. Tentative Subdivision Map 04T-131(2) to divide the 40+/- acre site, which consists of four 10+/- acre parcels, into seven lots. The lots will consist of six 5+/- acre lots and one 10+/- acre lot.
