Caltrans proposes to improve the quality storm water runoff from US Highway 50 and restore a segment of Class l Bikeway. Caltrans proposes to improve the quality of storm water runoff by implementing improvements where feasible and warranted. Some examples of these improvements include rehabilitating existing or installing new drainage systems; installing infiltration basins; vegetated swales and water conveyance systems; deploy water treatment Best Management Practices; provide rock slope protection; and more.
