- A request by Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. to construct and install a 2.6 mile pipeline which consists of two 8 inch diameter pipes for movement of hydrogen and refinery fuel gas between the Tesoro Golden Eagle Refinery and Shell Martinez for making cleaner buring fuels. The pipeline is proposed to be located on various parcels and utlimately connect to existing Air Products Hydrogen plants. Both hydrogen and refinery gas fuel pipelines would be placed within the same trench using open cut trenching, conventional boring and horizontal drilling techniques.
