Document Description
The Inyo County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) has approved the consolidation of the Indian Creek Community Services District (ICCSD) and the Westridge Community Services District (WCSD). The consolidated Community Services Districts (CSD's) will be known as the Indian Creek-Westridge CSD. The two CSD's are located adjacent to each other in west Bishop and provide water service within their respective boundaries. Two interconnections will be made between the systems. The two wells operated by WCSD will be abandoned as will other WCSD above ground facilities (pressure tank and pump house). A new drinking water supply permit will be issued for the consolidated water system to include the new service area and change of name.
