The proposed project consists of constructing a 1,085 sf duplex and 2,778 triplex, and installing five 1,500 gallon above ground water tanks. Five parking spaces are provided.
The entitlement during the consultation for this project was a Conditional Use Permit. Since then, it has been determined that a Coastal Development Permit is the appropriate entitlement for this project.
