CDFW has executed streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0076-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, John Swift.
Project includes activities related to installing a boulder weir, rock slope protection, and encapsulated soil lifts. The Amendment includes modified avoidance and minimization measures for Federal listed species in the Agreement, to be consistent with Federal authorizations.
