Document Description
The project consists of a General Plan Amendment (GPA), Rezone (R), and Alteration to an Agricultural Preserve Boundary (AP). The GPA would change the Regional Category for a small portion of the site from EDA to ECA so that the ECA Regional Category is applied to the entire site and change the Land Use Designation (20) General Agriculture to (1) Residential. The AP would remove the site from the Johnson Agricultural Preserve No. 18. The rezone would reduce the minimum lot size from 10 acres to 1 acre and would remove the "A" Special Area Designator to reflect removal of the property from the Agricultural Preserve.
