Present use is three multiple family residential units. The General Plan designation and zoning is Multiple Family Residential.
42-unit apartment building, 84 parking spaces, 28 two-bedroom and 14 three-bedroom units are proposed. All units will be affordable and Development/Affordable Housing Agreements will be signed by the Developer and City of Big Bear Lake Improvement Agency.
