The Diamond Specific plan is intended to provide the necessary master planning to implement the goals and objectives of the Ballpark District. The proposed project is a master planned, mixed use development providing for commercial, office, educational, entertainment and residential uses. Supporting uses will include parking, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, plazas and open space.
