Document Description
The proposed project is a Major Use Permit by Cricket Communications for an unnamed telecommunications facility consisting of a 50-foot high stealth faux monocypress with three antennas mounted within the tree. One Nortel CMO equipment cabinet will be enclosed in an equipment shelter with a roof to fully conceal the cabinet. The property is zoned S80 (Open Space) which permit Wireless Telecommunication Facilities under Tier 4 Classification of Rural Zones with an approved Major Use Permit pursuant to Section 6985a of the Zoning Ordinance.
