The Permittee has submitted a Conditional Use Permit application requesting to construct, operate and maintain one 120 ft un-guyed lattice tower with 12 Verizon Wireless panel antennas. Additionally, the Permittee proposes to install an unmanned 11.6 x 16 ft prefabricated equipment shelter building, generator for back up power and a 6 ft high barbed wire fence. The portion of the site being leased by Verizon Wireless is ~100 ft x 100 ft. The property is currently vacant except for the proposed leased area. In the M-1 Zone the height limit is 80 ft, therefore the Permitte applied for a Variance V08-0003.
