Construction of a new, four-story, maximum 53-foot in height, 25,898 square-foot, 20 unit apartment building, providing 45 parking spaces within two levels of subterranean parking garage, on an approximately 12,420 square-foot parcel in the R4-1VL Zone. All existing and landscaping would be removed, and dirt will be exported from the site. As proposed the project requires a Variance to permit a height of 53-feet in lieu of maximum 45-feet otherwise permitted.
