The proposed Project consists of the establishment to operate a Small Collection Recycling Facility in a property located on the southwest corner of Atlantic Blvd and 57th Street in a Commercial Manufacturing zone. The proposed project consists of three 20'L x 8'W sf receptacles (160 sf each) with a 3'x4' (12 sf) attendant booth, occupying a total area of 492 sf placed at the rear of the existing parking lot.
